Bacon Praises Congress for Passing Tax Fix for Gold Star Families
Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02) today joined his colleagues in passing bi-partisan legislation to fix the tax application on benefits paid to survivors of deceased family members. On a 417-3 vote, H.R. 1994 The Secure Act, was passed. It included language from H.R. 2481 which addressed the tax issue.
