Bacon Votes to Urge Biden Admin to Investigate Attacks on Pro-Life Centers

Washington, D.C. – Today, Rep. Don Bacon (NE-02) voted yes on H. Con. Res. 3 Expressing the sense of Congress condemning the recent attacks on pro-life facilities, groups, and churches due to a lack of serious investigations by the Biden Administration.

“It is outrageous that a network of pro-life pregnancy centers in New York have had to hire private investigators to investigate a firebomb attack against a facility last June,” said Bacon. “Federal law enforcement has inadequately responded to all of these attacks across the country. Many of these attacks are federal crimes and can be prosecuted under federal statute about conspiracy against civil rates and the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances.”
