Bacon to introduce bill to give tariff authority back to Congress

Nebraska Rep. Don Bacon plans to introduce legislation to give Congress the control over tariffs it deferred to the president nearly a century ago.

Bacon will introduce the bill on Monday, the Republican told KETV. The bill is identical to what Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley introduced in the Senate last week.
