Nebraska Rep. Bacon reacts to proposed changes to nursing classification

Nebraska Rep. Don Bacon is calling on Congress to reject a proposal to remove nursing from the definition of a professional degree.

The U.S. Department of Education shared its plans to remove the profession from the definition in late November. With the change, nursing students would not have access to higher loan limits.
