CNN's Brianna Keilar gets Republican Congressman Don Bacon's reaction to the Supreme Court's ruling that President Donald Trump violated federal law when he unilaterally imposed sweeping tariffs across the globe. Bacon says if President Trump moves ahead with his newly invoked alternative 10% global tariffs, "that will be brought up for a vote in Congress, and it will be defeated."
