WASINGTON, DC – Rep. Don Bacon (NE-02), member of the House Armed Services Committee, released the following statement after the FY22 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) was signed into law:
“It was good for America’s national security that the President signed the FY22 NDAA into law, a major milestone that restores our military readiness, strengthens relations with our allies, and provides the necessary assistance and support to our military and their family members. While we have made tremendous strides, this is just the beginning. Our allies and enemies are watching our every move, and our national security strategy is being tested. As we look to 2022, we need to remain vigilant. I will continue to work diligently on both sides of the aisle and with both Chambers to keep crafting defense legislation that ensures our Armed Forces can deter aggression and dominate in every domain.”
