Bacon Votes No on Massive Omnibus

Washington - Rep. Don Bacon (NE-02) issued the following statement after voting no on the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill:

“In addition to the appropriations process this year being a complete disgrace, this omnibus is entirely too much money. The massive spending since the conclusion of COVID has fueled inflation, and this bill is more of the same. At a time when Americans can barely pay for groceries, gas and energy, we need to stop reckless spending.”
