Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02) issued the following statement after voting against the motion to table House Resolution 604, which would have condemned and censured Rep. Adam Schiff (CA-28):

"Tonight, I voted against the motion to table the House resolution that would condemn and censure Adam Schiff for misleading the American people. Schiff falsely claimed there was evidence of Russian collusion with the President; fabricated contents of the President’s phone call with President Zelensky; and stated that his office had no communication with the whistleblower. He then later confessed that the whistleblower had spoken with his staff. It’s time to bring this resolution to a vote and censure Schiff for his dishonorable and biased conduct."
