Paris Hilton was in the D.C. office of Representative Don Bacon and many gathered to discuss the topic. Amony those were also Caroline Cole, Sixto Cancel, Sara Gelser Blouin and Dr. Vanessa Hughes.

She is advocating for federal legislation after being allegedly abused as a teen in Utah at a youth treatment center.

Hilton took to Capitol Hill to discuss legislation around congregate care.
