Omaha residents remember January 6 attacks and make a call for change

Someone close to Nebraska was in a nearby building. Representative Don Bacon wasn't in the Capitol building, but he was in a building next to it. He says he remembers getting a text about the situation.

“I got a text on my phone that there was a bomb threat in the neighboring building don’t walk outside lock your doors I could tell there was something bad going on I had no idea to this extent until on CSPAN everybody started running out of the chamber once the protestors got into the building that’s when I first realized how bad the situation was.”
