Repairs for Offutt Air Force base from 2019 flood now estimated to cost $1.1 billion

It will cost millions of dollars more than expected to rebuild Offutt Air Force base following the floods in March of 2019. A third of the base was destroyed in the waters — initial estimates put the cost at $800 million — but now it's about $1.1 billion.    Nebraska Rep.
